Your Natal Chart & this Full Moon in Aquarius
First thing first. If you want to know where New + Full Moons are occurring in your specific chart, you’ll need to pull your chart here if you don’t have it already. You can also learn much more about your Natal Chart through the Intro To Astro Course (included in this membership).
You’ll notice the numbers outside of the wheel. This is the degree of your House Cusps. Every sign has 30 degrees, 0 to 29. Like I mention in the Intro To Astro Course, I use Equal Houses, which means that every House Cusp is at the same degree.
This Full Moon occurs in Aquarius at 29 degrees. So, for example, if you have Aquarius on your 6th House Cusp at 25 degrees, this Full Moon would fall in your 6th House. However, if you have Pisces, let’s say, at 10 degrees on your 6th House Cusp, you’ll actually have this Full Moon in your 5th House.
This adds a layer of interpretation for how this Full Moon Lunar Eclipse (and all upcoming lunations) will affect you personally.
Danielle’s Aquarius Full Moon Reflection
Second Aquarius Full Moon in a row and what a lunar month it’s been. Our beliefs and principles are being tested left, right and center. What is it, we’ve been asked, that we stand for? Who or what is our tribe? To which collective, on this seemingly frenzied, chaotic Earth do we belong?
This Full Moon, at the very last degree of Aquarius, is amplified by its conjunction to Jupiter, offering expansion beyond the mundane. On a personal note, we may find ourselves adamant, or at the razor’s edge. The Leo-Aquarius axis isn’t one for getting lost in the weeds. The lines can be firm. The ideas here are assured. Leo Season has been dramatic, to say the least. Aquarius begs the wider picture. Are we pulling the lens back far enough? Are we seeing what’s really going on?
Jupiter bestows its gifts. Everything feels bigger.
What if we experienced more joy, more expansion, more possibility? It is possible, even in these times. We can rise above without bypassing the challenges. We can own our birthright.
Our stories can keep us small, lodged, stuck. But what if we allowed ourselves to tell a different story? What if we distanced ourselves from the noise?
Feeling trapped? Let’s remind ourselves that we are, in fact, free. Everything is a choice. Even when it feels like it isn’t, it is. We are free.
What a liberating thought.
We may choose the Leonine drama, because it’s entertaining and maybe even a little fun or a distraction. That’s OK.
We may choose to pay witness, to step back and detach. That’s OK.
The drama may make us feel alive; the detachment may allow us to find clarity.
As we launch into Virgo’s cycle of purification, what do we want to take with us, what are we willing to leave behind?
Do we have a tribe? Do we need one?
These are big questions, as so many are these days.
Jupiter, Saturn, Pluto and Uranus are all Retrograde. We’re still reworking and restructuring until mid October.
This is the moment to tap into that great consciousness, beyond heart, mind and soul, beyond what can be personalized and allow that to move through the deepest parts of ourselves and realize, that even though so much feels out of our control, detaching enough to see the bigger picture and finding meaning and purpose through doing so, can ultimately free our souls.
It’s really intense out there. Hope you all are taking extra good care of you. How are you all faring?
FULL MOON RITUAL
I recommend exploring the below thematic suggestions and then taking the time to write, on separate paper, all of your limiting beliefs, fears, anxieties and negative self-talk and either burn, shred or rip them up. Then in the space allowed, allow for a blessing of light, that only that which is for the highest good be brought forward.
