Wednesday will begin at 9am with yoga ending at 8pm post dinner.
Thursday will begin at 9am with yoga ending at 2pm post lunch.

This year, we’re seeing an astrological shift towards the cardinal signs of the zodiac. Cardinal signs come at the beginning of the four seasons, ushering in new times. They are impulsive, initiating, dynamic: Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn. Jupiter has recently moved in Cancer, where it will travel for a year. Saturn, Jupiter’s counterpart, has dipped into Aries, along with the outer planet Neptune, a dream weaver. In this workshop, astrologers Danielle Beinstein and Emmalea Russo will unpack the initiating themes of the cardinal signs, exploring their astrological meanings and ways to work with them.
