This workshop is designed to bring you into greater alignment with your highest self.
Each module will offer an explanation of the chakra, a series of writing prompts and an audio portion.
There are 7 main energy centers in our body from the root of our spine to the crown of our head. Each of these represents a different aspect of our psyche and physical wellbeing.
Through guided visual Chakra immersion meditations, informative content and journal prompts, participants will explore their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual selves in service to Self-Realization, growth and expansion.
Please note that this work is not a substitute for professional physical or mental care, but rather an experience of self-discovery and inner wisdom.
This workshop is intended as a journey into our truest self. It will be available indefinitely and is intended for use as often as desired.

“How does the Chakra Course relate back to ASTROLOGY?”
It’s the underlying piece underneath the Astrology. Astrology is the road map but if we’re not aligned with the core energy we’ll be limited in our expression of it.

ABOUT DANIELLE
“For as long as I can remember, I've been fascinated by the human condition. Combining literature and philosophy to form my own major, I graduated Magna Cum Laude from NYU with a BA in Humanities in 2003. I then spent nearly 10 years in the media world in New York City and Los Angeles working with various organizations that specialize in politics, education, film, television and modern culture.
Seeking to broaden my perspective, deepen my psychological knowing and understand myself more fully, I returned to the classroom (albeit an experiential one), receiving my MA in Spiritual Psychology in 2012, followed by an additional training year in Consciousness, Health & Healing in 2014.
My wide-ranging experiences and travels thus far have granted me a great deal, but the greatest gift has been the people I have met along the way. From farmer to academic, from mechanic to hedge-funder, from the heartland to the coasts and from foreign to domestic, more unites us than separates us. We may each carry our unique perspective shaped from the worlds we've inhabited, but we all seek belonging. We all yearn to be seen and heard. We all crave love and purpose. It's what makes us human. It's how we're wired.
So no matter the situation, no matter the circumstance, my intention is always, first and foremost, to serve, to listen and to connect.”
